上個(gè)月エプソン水晶デバイス接連宣布了兩大產(chǎn)品方面最新進(jìn)展,第一件是已經(jīng)成功研發(fā)出兩款3.2×1.5mm的超低功耗32.768K晶體振蕩器系列,分別命名為SG-3031CM和SG-3031CMA.既然都是同一種封裝,料號也相似,那么這兩款石英晶振之間,到底有什么不同,請看接下來的分析.
內(nèi)置32.768K晶體單元,無需調(diào)整即可高效運(yùn)行;工作溫度-40°C至+105°C;使用CMOSIC可以減少電流消耗;VIO控制擺幅;應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:工業(yè),安全,智能電表,計(jì)時(shí)和睡眠功能時(shí)鐘.
除非另有說明,否則上表中顯示的石英晶振特性(規(guī)格)基于額定工作溫度和電壓條件.
VIO是OUT輸出的電源引腳,也可以用作OE引腳.設(shè)置為禁用時(shí),將VIO設(shè)置為0V.VCC是用于操作32.768kHz振蕩的電源引腳.可以通過最小化兩個(gè)電源的施加電壓來最小化功耗.但是,當(dāng)VCC<1.5V時(shí),VIO=VCC.
