安碁科技股份有限公司成立于1990年，總公司位于臺(tái)灣臺(tái)中市潭子區(qū)，是一家專(zhuān)注于石英晶體，石英晶體振蕩器研發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)，生產(chǎn)制造和銷(xiāo)售的高新企業(yè)。2002年的時(shí)候AKER晶振公司在臺(tái)灣上市；2007年在美國(guó)投資開(kāi)了子公司；集團(tuán)內(nèi)部主要有業(yè)務(wù)部、稽核室、經(jīng)營(yíng)企劃室、財(cái)務(wù)部、管理部、制造部、技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)部和工安室等部門(mén)。其中技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)部是重要的企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，每年投下的晶體研發(fā)費(fèi)用是年利潤(rùn)的10%，因此AKER公司的技術(shù)實(shí)力在業(yè)界中屬于比較強(qiáng)的，而且用了較短的時(shí)間，就開(kāi)發(fā)出LV-PECL，LVDS，HCSL輸出的差分晶振系列。雖然料號(hào)不是很多，但封裝尺寸都比較小，可以滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)小型化便攜式設(shè)計(jì)要求。
