遙遙領(lǐng)先的6G衛(wèi)星通信CVCO33BE-2352-2408振蕩器由Crysterk研發(fā)
Crystek Corporation自1958年以來一直提供頻率產(chǎn)品,包括石英晶體,XOs(時鐘振蕩器),TCXOs(溫補晶體振蕩器),VCOs(壓控振蕩器)和VCXOs(壓控晶體振蕩器)。Crystek有兩個部門致力于頻率控制。Crystek Crystals致力于使用石英晶體諧振器開發(fā)和制造頻率產(chǎn)品。Crystek Microwave為微波行業(yè)開發(fā)頻率控制和支持產(chǎn)品。其他產(chǎn)品包括:鎖相環(huán)鎖相環(huán)合成器,RedBox配裝,射頻同軸電纜組件、射頻電纜連接器,大部分射頻同軸電纜、射頻功率檢測器、過濾器、衰減器、直流塊,被動的倍壓器,RFPRO(袖珍參考振蕩器)Connectorized放大器、VCO評估板,看到時鐘振蕩器和VCSOs為基礎(chǔ)。
佛羅里達州邁爾斯堡—2023年2月8日—Crystek公司的CVCO33BE-2352-2408 VCO(電壓控制振蕩器)工作頻率為2352-2408 MHz,控制電壓范圍為0.5 - 4.5 V。該VCO具有典型的相位噪聲-101 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz偏移,具有出色的線性度。輸出功率一般為+2.0 dBm。CVCO33BE-2352-2408貼片晶振在美國設(shè)計和制造,采用行業(yè)標準0.3 x 0.3英寸SMD封裝。輸入電壓為5 V,典型電流消耗為20 mA。拉力和推力分別最小化到10.0 MHz pk-pk和5.0 MHz/V。二次諧波抑制是典型的-15 dBc。CVCO33BE-2352-2408是數(shù)字無線電設(shè)備、固定無線接入、衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)和基站等應(yīng)用的理想選擇。
