音叉晶體的溫度依賴性

對(duì)于音叉石英晶體(也稱為時(shí)鐘晶體),倒拋物線的函數(shù)描述了頻率的溫度依賴性。在這種情況下,溫度相關(guān)頻率偏差為0 ppm時(shí)的拋物線頂點(diǎn)在25°c,在較低和較高的溫度下,例如在該點(diǎn)的左側(cè)和右側(cè),頻率逐漸下降,并且符合二次曲線。如果電路中的石英調(diào)整正確,將會(huì)有一個(gè)與溫度相關(guān)的滯后,例如實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘。應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)人員一定要考慮到這一點(diǎn)。

這對(duì)應(yīng)用程序意味著什么?

兩條溫度曲線都表明極端溫度對(duì)石英晶體的頻率有影響。對(duì)于大多數(shù)應(yīng)用而言,與溫度相關(guān)的微小頻率變化(例如-40°C至+85°C范圍內(nèi)的+/-15 ppm)不成問(wèn)題。然而,如果需要更精確的頻率,建議使用溫度補(bǔ)償晶體振蕩器,稱為TCXO晶振。這提供了非常高的頻率精度,即使在很寬的溫度范圍內(nèi)也能達(dá)到幾個(gè)ppm。
