由于石英晶體沒有足夠的輸出波形幅度,系統(tǒng)不能正常工作,請(qǐng)使用示波器或頻率計(jì)數(shù)器測(cè)量晶體兩端的信號(hào)，如果頻率不在規(guī)格范圍內(nèi)，并且它的輸出波形幅度不夠(例如超過+/-200ppm)，請(qǐng)按照以下步驟1-1至步驟1-4進(jìn)行測(cè)量。

1-1.電容與頻率的關(guān)系公式如下: “FL = FR * (1 + C1 / 2 * (C0 + CL))，其中 該曲線表示電容變化的變化對(duì)頻率變化的變化(頻率牽引能力):

如果頻率計(jì)數(shù)器測(cè)量的頻率高于目標(biāo)頻率，我們應(yīng)該增加電容(CL，或Cd和Cg)的值，使頻率降低到目標(biāo)頻率，反之亦然。

請(qǐng)檢查我們調(diào)整頻率后波形幅度是否有所改善。如果它得到了改進(jìn)，表明電路的原始設(shè)計(jì)沒有調(diào)諧到晶體的最佳諧振點(diǎn)。調(diào)整好諧振點(diǎn)后晶體應(yīng)能正常工作。

1-2.如果在頻率非常接近目標(biāo)頻率的情況下波形幅度沒有改善，我們可以使用以下三種方法進(jìn)行改善:

方法一:降低外部電容(Cd和Cg)值，采用負(fù)載電容(CL)較低的晶體。

方法二:采用電阻(Rr)較小的晶體。

方法三:采用Cd和Cg不等值的設(shè)計(jì)。

我們可以增加Cd (Xout)的負(fù)載電容，降低Cg (Xin)的負(fù)載電容，以提高Xin輸出的波形幅度，用于其后端電路。

我們建議您使用以上方法，以節(jié)省成本和確保安全。

1-3.請(qǐng)使用頻率計(jì)數(shù)器來測(cè)量晶體，以確保調(diào)整后的頻率在波形幅度改善后仍符合原始規(guī)格。如果頻率不符合規(guī)格，請(qǐng)根據(jù)您的目標(biāo)頻率采用具有合適CL值的晶體。 

1-4. 如果頻率遠(yuǎn)高于目標(biāo)頻率，請(qǐng)采用CL較低的晶體，反之亦然。

Please measure the signals from the two terminals of the crystal using Oscilloscope or Frequency Counter, if the Frequency is not within the specification and ita€™s output waveform amplitude is not adequate (for example, over +/-200ppm), please follow step 1-2 to step 1-4.

We can increase the load capacitance of Cd (Xout) and decrease the load capacitance of Cg (Xin) to raise the output of waveform amplitude from Xin which will be used in its back-end Circuit.
We suggest that you use above methods to save costs and assure safety.
1.3.
Please use the Frequency Counter to measuring the crystal to ensure that the adjusted frequency still meets original specification after the waveform amplitude has been improved. If the frequency doesna€™t meet the specification, please adopt a crystal with suitable CL value according to your targeted frequency.
1-4.
Please adopt a crystal with lower CL if the frequency is much higher than the targeted frequency, vice versa.
